Pre-Contractual Information Form

This form summarises what you need to know before purchasing a VIP digital membership, as required by the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. Please read this form and the Distance Sales Contract before completing your purchase.

2. Main Characteristics of the Service

iTahmin is a sports analytics and prediction platform providing live match statistics, AI-generated insights and premium data access. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, keep a balance on a user's behalf, or facilitate gambling transactions.

The product purchased is a time-limited VIP digital membership:

No physical goods are delivered; access is provided electronically.
VIP membership unlocks all predictions, live signals, the strategy engine, an extended AI quota and instant notifications. The current feature list is in the comparison table on the How to Use page.
With a free account you can review live scores, statistics and limited sample content at no cost.
The data and analysis provided are for information only; no outcome is guaranteed. The Platform is for users aged 18 and over.

3. Price and Payment

Current plans, their durations and total sale prices including taxes are shown in the price list on the How to Use page and at checkout. The total amount payable is confirmed on screen before you order.
Web: Payment is taken as a credit/debit card subscription, processed through Stripe. Your card details are not seen or stored by the seller.
Mobile: Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to that store's rules.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the plan price then in effect is charged to your card. If you do not want it to renew, simply cancel before the period ends.
Some plans include a free trial (3 days on shorter plans, 7 days on longer plans; the current length is shown at checkout). If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is taken.
If a price changes, you will be informed before the change takes effect and may cancel before the next renewal.
There are no shipping, delivery or other additional costs.

4. Performance and Duration

Your VIP access is activated immediately once payment is confirmed. Access continues for the duration of the plan you selected and renews at the end of the period unless cancelled.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

VIP access is digital content/service performed immediately in an electronic environment and becomes available as soon as the purchase is confirmed. Accordingly:

under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, and
under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU,

the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to these purchases. By completing the purchase you request immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Notwithstanding this, the seller voluntarily offers additional refund options (cancelling before the trial ends, a full refund within 14 days for an unused first period, and a refund within 48 hours for a forgotten renewal). Details are in the Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your web subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link on the VIP page (Stripe customer portal); you do not need to contact the seller. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Mobile subscriptions are cancelled from your phone's subscription settings.

7. Complaints and Disputes

Send requests and complaints to destek@itahmin.com.

In the event of a dispute, consumers habitually resident in Türkiye may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court according to the applicable monetary thresholds; EU/EEA consumers may refer the matter to the competent consumer dispute resolution (ADR) body in their country.
