Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the sports statistics, data analysis and visualisation services ("Service") provided by iTahmin.com ("iTahmin", "Platform", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Description of the Service and Legal Disclaimer

iTahmin is a software platform that provides sports statistics and data analysis for various sports, primarily football:

  • Live match statistics (possession, shots, corners, cards, attack metrics, etc.)
  • Team form analysis and recent performance indicators
  • Historical match results and season data
  • League standings, fixtures and squad information
  • Data visualisations, momentum, pressure indicators and statistical probability analysis

iTahmin is NOT a betting, gambling or gaming site. No betting, wagering, coupons, draws, deposits or withdrawals take place on the Platform, and we do not intermediate any such activity.

  • No guarantees: The artificial intelligence (AI) outputs and algorithmic analysis on the Platform are based on statistical probabilities. The accuracy of any analysis or any future outcome cannot be guaranteed.
  • User responsibility: Any decision you make using the data, notifications or analysis on the Platform is solely your own responsibility. The user is solely responsible for the use of this data and for any damages that may arise from it; iTahmin shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind.
  • Data latency: Live scores and statistics may be subject to delays caused by third-party providers. We do not guarantee that data is 100% real-time or error-free; all data is provided "as is".

2. Account and Membership

  • A user account is required to access the full Service.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. Sharing your account credentials with third parties is prohibited; if detected, your account may be suspended without refund.
  • One person may hold only one account. Automated tools, bots and multiple accounts are not permitted.
  • Persons under the age of 18 may not use or register for the Platform.

3. VIP Subscription and Payments

Certain advanced Platform features require paid VIP access. Payments are collected through the following methods:

  • VIP access purchased via bank transfer / EFT and crypto (USDT) payments is a one-time purchase for the number of days you select (e.g. 30 / 90 days). This access does not renew automatically; when the period ends, access stops and a new purchase is required to continue.
  • Mobile in-app purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Renewal, billing and management of those subscriptions are subject to the relevant store's rules and are managed from your store account.
  • During payment, your card details are never stored on iTahmin servers; they are processed by the relevant payment/store infrastructure.

4. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in a separate Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform you agree not to:

  • Bulk-collect the data via automated tools (scrapers, crawlers, bots, spiders, etc.)
  • Resell or redistribute the data to third parties for commercial purposes
  • Reverse-engineer the Service
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the Platform (vulnerability scanning, brute force, DDoS, etc.)
  • Impersonate another user for misleading or unlawful purposes
  • Copy copyright-protected content without authorisation

In the event of a breach, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice; the Refund Policy applies to any outstanding paid balance.

6. Telegram and Community Rules

The Telegram bot services and community chat groups provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only. Users may not post advertisements or spam, or behave abusively towards other users. We reserve the right to terminate the Platform membership and Telegram access of any user violating these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the software, source code, databases, interface, logos, text and original imagery on the Platform are owned by iTahmin. Raw data sourced from third-party providers is subject to those providers' licence terms. Copying, systematically retrieving, distributing or creating derivative works from this content is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Data Providers

iTahmin sources data under licence from third-party providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, we are not liable for upstream errors, delays, or incomplete or interrupted data. All data is provided "as is".

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Statistics are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind regarding decisions taken based on them.
  • The data is for informational and statistical study purposes only. iTahmin is not liable for any consequences arising from its use on third-party platforms.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iTahmin's total liability for any cause whatsoever is limited to the amount you paid to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes or Discontinuation of the Service

iTahmin reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable prior notice. For active paid VIP periods, an appropriate pro-rata refund will be issued.

11. Assignment

iTahmin reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a future legal entity, affiliate or third party that acquires the project. Your continued use of the Service constitutes advance acceptance of such a potential transfer.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes regarding the subscription may be brought before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts where they have jurisdiction. EU consumers may refer the matter to the competent consumer dispute resolution (ADR) body in their country of residence.

13. Changes

If any clause of these Terms is changed, the updated text will be notified by email or via the Platform at least 14 days before it enters into force.
