Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the sports statistics, data analysis and visualisation services ("Service") provided by iTahmin.com ("iTahmin", "Platform", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

iTahmin is a sports data analytics platform that provides the following types of statistical content, primarily for football:

  • Live match statistics (possession, shots, corners, cards, attack metrics, etc.)
  • Team form analysis and recent performance indicators
  • Historical match results and season data
  • League standings, fixtures and squad information
  • Data visualisations, momentum and pressure indicators

iTahmin does not provide gambling or games of chance; it does not intermediate any game, draw or transaction and does not handle deposits or withdrawals of any kind. The data is provided for users' own research, education and statistical study purposes.

2. Account and Membership

  • A user account is required to access the full Service.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password.
  • One person may hold only one account. Automated tools, bots and multiple accounts are not permitted.
  • Persons under the age of 18 may not use the Platform.

3. Subscription and Payments

Certain Platform features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis.

  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the full payment flow, invoicing including VAT/GST, and any related tax remittance.
  • Digital content / right of withdrawal: The Pro subscription is supplied as digital content and your access is activated immediately upon order confirmation. Accordingly, under Article 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Sales Regulation, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal is lost. Our goodwill refund terms for unused subscriptions are set out in the Refund Policy.
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period under the same conditions unless you cancel.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or via support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Pro access until then.
  • In the event of a chargeback or unauthorised refund, access may be suspended immediately.

4. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in a separate Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform you agree not to:

  • Bulk-collect the data via automated tools (scrapers, crawlers, etc.)
  • Resell or redistribute the data to third parties for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the Platform (vulnerability scanning, brute force, DDoS, etc.)
  • Impersonate another user for misleading or unlawful purposes
  • Copy copyright-protected content without authorisation

In the event of a breach, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice; the Refund Policy applies to any outstanding paid balance.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the software, interface, logos, text and original imagery on the Platform are owned by iTahmin. Raw data sourced from third-party data providers is subject to those providers' licence terms. Copying, distributing or creating derivative works from this content is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Data Providers

iTahmin sources data under licence from third-party providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, we are not liable for upstream errors, delays or outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Statistics are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind regarding decisions taken based on them.
  • The data is for informational and educational purposes only. iTahmin is not liable for any consequences arising from its use on third-party platforms.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iTahmin's liability is limited to the legal minimum.

9. Changes or Discontinuation of the Service

iTahmin reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable prior notice. For active paid subscription periods, an appropriate pro-rata refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes regarding the subscription may be brought before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts where they have jurisdiction. EU consumers may additionally use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

11. Changes

If any clause of these Terms is changed, the updated text will be notified by email or via the Platform at least 14 days before it enters into force.
